2nd term (Half way through the year) "Not for sensitive viewers"

Good day from a beautiful South Africa, we hope you are going to enjoy our update...
Please, we would love to hear from you, and what you think about the work we are doing at THF YOUTH DEVELOPMENT...

ENJOY!

The term didn't start very well for us, there was mob justice at our school. The man was chased from the community and jumped into our yard. They followed him in and killed him in front on one of the classrooms. We were very happy it happened during the school holiday while the kids were not there.

Our THF AFTER-CARE Program in Brits is doing very well! According to the community, the feeding scheme program is helping the kids a lot. We are now working towards starting a program for the high school kids. We are very exited about it and are looking forward to making a bigger impact in the community of Brits ...
We are still in our baby shoes stage so we need help... Please help us by sponsoring our feeding scheme, stationery, Bakkie (pickup truck), or financially.

We recently had our first annual Tea party fundraising event.
It went very well! The focus this year is raising funds to help our volunteers get their driver's licences.  We are also raising funds for a transport vehicle for THF.
The volunteers earn an incredibly small salary, and we really want to bless them with a gift that will last a life time on this earth.  For most of them, they will be the first generation in their family to obtain a driver's license.

The kids are really enjoying the reading program on the computers. We would like to expand our computer programs to the next level in the series. Please contact us if you want to assist us in expanding our computer programs.

Two of THF Staff member's had a lovely opportunity to do the chaplaincy training in Pretoria. They enjoyed it a lot and are looking forward to serve in the sports arena...

Our winter drive project was very successful, thanks to a young lady by the name of Esley Steyn who helped us a lot!
Thank you to Radio Jacaranda (Good morning Angles show), Klein Kariba holiday resort and Olieven plaza for making the handing out of the blankets such a special event.

We were very proud to host a Soviet group soccer day. Thank you for the generous donations you made towards us :-)! The kids and adults had a fabulous time! It was indeed a lovely day!

We had an amazing outreach-holiday program at Brits with this bunch of amazing people! Many people's lifes were touched :-)!!

Thank you for your support!
